I have bought something but seen it at a different price on your website.

As an online business we act mush faster in adjusting our prices in response to trends, stock and demand from customers. It's our general view not to refund the difference.

How can I return/exchange?

Each of our products are carefully handcrafted and while we try to deliver exactly as in the picture, there might be a very slight difference as they are handmade entiely.

In case you receive a Damaged or Incorrect item, here is what you need to do:

Update us within 24 hours via Email or message us on instagram.

Your item will then be Exchanged.

Can I change/cancel my order?

Yes, you may change or cancel your order if it is not yet dispatched. However, once the order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer accepted.

How can I check the status of my order?

Once your order has been shipped. we will send an email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. You can track your orders from the "Track Your Order" section on our website.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You do not need an account to make a purchase. You can check out as a guest – however we do strongly recommend creating an account. Register with us and you’ll be able to enjoy the following benefits through your Kaushalya Art Jewellery account:

What is the processing time for my order?

Most Orders ship within 1-2 business days of the placing order. While this is not guaranteed, in rare cases an order might ship beyond 2 days from the placing order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping! For details or to place an international order, please contact us via WhatsApp(+91 7715878352). Deliveries typically arrive within 5 to 12 business days.

What happens if I am out when delivery is attempted?

Your order will be delivered to the delivery address you have provided to us. if you were't available when the courier partner knocked at your door, two additional delivery attempts will follow on successive days.

How are orders delivered?

All orders are shipped via our reputed delivery partners including the likes of Delhivery, Bluedart etc.

Is Cash On Delivery available?

Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently unavailable. We offer secure and convenient payment options, including credit/debit cards, net banking, and online wallets, to ensure a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience.

My items were damaged in transit. How can I replace the damaged products?

If the package/items are damaged during transit, submit an exchange request immediately within 24 hours of receiving the package.
