Video Consultation Policy
At Kaushalya Art Jewellery, we want you to shop with confidence. Our live video consultation service allows you to view your selected jewellery pieces up close and understand their design, detailing, finish, and size before placing your order.
1. Booking Fee
A booking fee of ₹49 per consultation is applicable. Your appointment will be confirmed once the payment has been successfully completed.
2. Cancellation Policy
Once a video consultation is booked, it cannot be cancelled by the customer, and the ₹49 booking fee is non-refundable.
3. Rescheduling Policy
- If you are unable to attend your scheduled consultation, you may reschedule the call only once on the same day.
- Rescheduling is subject to appointment availability.
- If you are unable to attend the rescheduled call, the appointment will be automatically cancelled by Kaushalya Art Jewellery.
- After such cancellation, you may book a new video consultation by paying the ₹49 booking fee again.
4. Appointment Attendance
Customers are requested to join the video call at the scheduled time. Please ensure that you have a stable internet connection and are available for the consultation.
If you are unavailable for both the original and rescheduled appointments, the booking will be considered cancelled, and a fresh booking with a new ₹49 fee will be required.
5. During the Consultation
Our team will show you your selected jewellery pieces over a live video call and help answer questions about their design, detailing, quality, finish, and size.
Please note that the appearance of jewellery may vary slightly depending on lighting, camera quality, screen settings, and display resolution.
6. Purchase Is Optional
Booking a video consultation does not obligate you to purchase any jewellery. You may decide whether to place an order after the consultation.
7. Technical Issues
If the consultation cannot take place due to technical issues on our side, please contact our team. We will arrange an appropriate resolution, such as rescheduling the appointment.
